Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Bubble Masters (the "App"), operated by Durn Studio UG. By installing or playing the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The game

Bubble Masters is a free-to-play puzzle game. Core gameplay is free forever; optional in-app purchases unlock cosmetic Pro features (ad removal), unlimited hearts, and power-up packs.

2. Your account

We use anonymous device-bound accounts by default — no sign-up required. Your progress is stored locally and synced to our servers for leaderboards. If you delete the App, local progress is wiped; the anonymous server record is deleted after 24 months of inactivity.

3. Purchases

• Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We don't handle your payment details.
• Consumable items (coins, hearts) are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once consumed.
• Non-consumable items (Pro ad removal) persist across reinstalls via the store's built-in restore purchases flow.
• Subscriptions (unlimited hearts) auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account.
• For refund requests, contact Apple or Google directly — they own the transaction. We're happy to help you reach them: email hi@bubblemastersultimate.com.

4. Virtual items

Coins, hearts, and power-ups have no real-world value. You can't sell, trade, or withdraw them. They stay in your account for as long as the App exists. If we sunset the App, we'll give at least 30 days' notice in-game.

5. Fair play

You agree not to:

• Cheat, mod, or reverse-engineer the game to manipulate scores.
• Use bots, scripts, or emulators to farm leaderboard positions.
• Pay for or sell accounts, boosts, or real-money trades.
• Abuse other players through names, messages, or reported content.

We may reset scores, revoke purchases, or ban accounts that violate this section. We don't owe refunds for bans caused by cheating.

6. Intellectual property

All artwork, music, game mechanics, and code are owned by Durn Studio UG. You're granted a personal, non-commercial, revocable licence to play — nothing more. You may share screenshots and gameplay clips freely on social media.

7. Warranty + liability

The App is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it's bug-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the App is capped at the greater of (a) what you paid us in the last 12 months, or (b) €50.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes resolved in the courts of Berlin, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction gives you a different forum.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we'll prompt you in-game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the update.
